We are announcing a  Customer Happiness Agent vacancy!

  • Conduct customer onboarding and aftersale procedure;

  • Provide exceptional customer service during the whole customer journey to improve NPS, CSR;

  • Provide support to customers regarding all benefits of the service;  

  • Facebook Messenger monitoring;

  • Undertake ZoomPal research & design tasks;

  • Promoting among employees and living company's mission and values.


  • 6+ month of experience working at ZoomSupport;

  • Customer centricity;

  • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Deep understanding of the technologies, tools and processes relevant to a Sales/Support workflow;

  • Deep understanding of how to give an effective feedback;

  • Responsibility & good time management;       

  • High level of stress-resistance;

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;

  • Aptitude in problem-solving;

  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach;

  • B2+ English.
