Technical support representative (Onsetgame)

ZOOMSUPPORT is a company engaged in remote support and provides assistance to MAC and PC users worldwide. We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Technical support representative to work on providing world-class technical support around the globe!

Main responsibilities:

-Support and provide world-class customer service via phone, chat, emails.

-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

-Handle and resolve customer complaints.

-Troubleshoot ,Investigate and Reproduce Software (online game) issues.

-Provide fast feedback about the software (online game).

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

-Basic OS (Windows, Mac, Android, IOS) knowledge.

-English Level — at least upper-intermediate (B1 ;B2 ).

-Multitasking (ability to manage things on the go).

-Willingness and ability to work in a team.

-Great writing and communication skills.

-Compliance subordination

-Fast-learning.

 

Conditions of work:

Shift schedule:

Day 13:00-23:00
