HR Marketing&Branding Lead

ZoomSupport is a company engaged in remote support and provides assistance to MAC and PC users worldwide.

We are looking for a skilled HR Marketing&Branding Lead to join our team in Lviv office!

Key Responsibilities:

developing employer brand strategy;

managing strategy for external, internal communications and PR activities;

be responsible for communicating company news, updates, changes;

managing any activities related to company brand promotion within the company;

managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation;

managing HR communications;

сonsulting company’s top-management on the matter of internal/external communications;

managing communications budget;

analyzing communication effectiveness and projects realization.

 

Requirements:

1+ years of experience at a PR agency or as a corporate in-house PR officer or as a Marketing Manager;

experience in creating employer brand strategy;

experience in managing internal communications;

organized and detail-oriented with proven program management skills;

experience in handling high-profile communications and presentations;

self-starter and an effective team player with a sense of humor that can thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment;

advanced English is a must;

proficient speaking and writing Ukrainian language skills;

creativity, resourcefulness and confidence are a must;

Experience in photo and video production, e-mail services will be a plus.
