Tech Support representative (PCK)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech savvy Tech Support representative to work on providing world class technical support around the globe!

- Basic computer (Windows OS) knowledge.
- English Level — at least upper-intermediate (B1;B2).
- Multitasking (ability to manage things on the go).
- Willingness and ability to work in a team.
- Great writing and communication skills.
- Compliance subordination.
- Support and provide world-class customer service via phone, chat, emails.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Troubleshoot Software Issues.
- Provide fast feedback about the software.

- Day 14:00 — 21:00
- Night 21:00 — 07:00
